In the beginning was
The word
Incantations under my breath
Horse
Doggie
World
Now, joining the others as enchanted as I,
As obsessed with describing, as I,
Searching for the right
Word
One true sentence.
Metaphor, synonym, synechdoche fail.
Straining for the right
Word.
In the beginning was the word.
